Snow Removal in Philadelphia

Commercial snow removal that works to clear your lot before your doors open.

What Our Snow Removal Covers

Snow overnight? Dependable Concrete plows parking lots for medical centers, senior centers, churches and businesses across the city. We work to get your lot clear before staff, patients and members pull in. You get one dependable contact for the whole season and a crew that picks up the phone. We've been serving Philadelphia since 1984.

We also clear sidewalks and entrances, and we salt and de-ice so people can get in safely. We work on commercial lots only.

Signs It's Time for a New Plow Crew

  • Your lot is still buried when your doors open.
  • Your current vendor goes quiet in the big storms.
  • You spend storm mornings chasing callbacks instead of running your building.
  • Seniors, patients or visitors are stepping around snow and ice to reach your door.

Sound familiar? Then it's time to talk. We will return your call.

How We Approach the Job

We keep it simple. We show up, we clear the lot, and we keep you in the loop. Before the season starts, we walk your property with you to learn the layout: entrances, drop-off areas, accessible parking spaces and where piled snow should go so it doesn't block parking or melt across your walkways. Then we set a plan that fits your hours, whether you open early for patients or fill the lot on Sunday mornings.

Our equipment includes a snow plow, salters, snow blowers, a mini skid steer and a backhoe. We come out when half an inch of snow falls, and at around 1 inch we spread salt or start plowing. During a long storm, we keep coming back to salt and clear the lot for as long as the storm lasts.

Our phones are answered 7 days a week, 7am-7pm, so you can reach a real person when you need to plan or adjust.

Built for Philadelphia Winters

Snow removal in Philadelphia isn't just about big storms. Our winters swing between snow, rain and hard freezes, often in the same week. Slush that sits on a lot can freeze solid overnight. That's why timing matters as much as the plowing itself.

We know these neighborhoods well. In Chestnut Hill, Mt. Airy, Germantown and Roxborough, many churches, offices and care centers sit on tight streets among older rowhomes, twins and stone houses. Lots can be small, oddly shaped or tucked behind buildings. We plan around that, so the snow gets moved where it should go.

Winter Is Tough on Concrete, Too

Freeze-thaw cycles are hard on concrete. Water slips into small cracks, freezes, expands and makes those cracks bigger. By spring, you may see chipped, flaking or crumbling steps and paths. Since concrete is our main trade, we can fix that damage too. See our work on Concrete Steps, Concrete Walkway, Concrete Driveway and Concrete Patio projects, or browse finished jobs in our Gallery.
